The Home program is designed to assist first-time homebuyers in purchasing a home, through a low-interest, fixed-rate, 30-year mortgage. Home requires low downpayments, lower mortgage insurance premiums and job loss protection.

Workforce Housing Initiative

The Workforce Housing Initiative offers first-time homebuyers the opportunity to purchase a home near their work. Participating employers often provide a downpayment and closing costs assistance to employees who require such funding, therefore increasing employee retention for the employer and reducing the commute from home to work for the homebuyer/employee.
