The Bond market struggled early Monday and then trading thinned as investors look for clarity. Unlikely to get this clarity until late in the week as Congress and Paulson tango for a final bailout agreement, mortgage backed securities, mortgage rates, and the bond market in general are likely to hover.
Look for little to no change in mortgage rates, tending towards rising.
