Bernanke's early morning speech is certain to kick off some nervous trading activity. However, with Fannie and Freddie stock prices seeming to stabilize a bit yesterday, oil creeping back up, and anticipation of a housing filled economic calendar next week expect--more mortgage rate hovering.
