Tomorrow's PPI Report Anticipated

Bonds were up on Monday with no relevant economic news and a mixed stock market. Rates will increase today by approximately a quarter to price due to weakness from Friday. Tomorrow is the most important day of the week for economic news, when we'll see the May Producer Price Index. This will show us inflationary pressure at the level of the producer, and could have strong bearing on interest rates. We'll also see tomorrow May Housing Starts, and May Industrial Production, both which will likely have less of an impact on rates than the PPI report.
