Bonds Continue to Strengthen as Stocks Weaken

The bond market was up again today on stock market weakness. Expect another decline of .25 to price today. March Goods and Services Trade Balance report was released today showing the trade deficit to be lower than expected. It did not significantly impact mortgage rates. If we see continued weakness in the stock markets, expect money to move into bonds and rates to drop further.
