First Time Homebuyer Program

The First Time Homebuyer Program is designed to provide assistance to low- to moderate-income first-time homebuyers in order to make homeownership affordable and attainable. Assistance is provided in the form below market, fixed-rate, 30-year mortgage loans. Homebuyers must fall within designated income limits, and assets may not exceed 50% of the home's purchase price unless disabled or elderly.

Down Payment and Closing Cost Loan Program

The Down Payment and Closing Cost Loan Program is to be used in conjunction with a First Time Homebuyer loan in order to help with a downpayment and closing costs. Up to $10, 000 in assistance is offered through this program, as well as a fixed interest rate on a 20-year loan. Homebuyers must fall within designated income limits, and assets are not to exceed $5, 000 after closing. Homebuyers must complete First Time Homebuyer Education Course.

HOME Homebuyer Assistance

HOME's Homebuyer Assistance Program is a Federally funded program designed to provide affordable housing to state residents. Funds are to be used to purchase a home of primary residence, and homebuyers must fall within designated income limits.
