Good Credit Rewards

Good Credit Rewards works to offer homebuyers with less than 140% of the median income a 30-year fixed-rate second mortgage in order to provide downpayment and closing cost assistance. This second mortgage is to be used in conjunction with IdaMortgage's first mortgage program, and the Good Credit Rewards interest rates are based on a tiered credit score system.

HOME Downpayment Assistance Program

The HOME Downpayment Assistance Program provides first-time homebuyers with downpayment and closing cost assistance through deferred-payment, interest-free, forgivable loans ranging in amount from $1, 000 to $20, 000.

IdaMortgage Conventional Loan

A traditional mortgage loan, IdaMortgage's Conventional Loan enables homebuyers to choose to put a minimum of 5% downpayment on a home, or select IHFA's 100% downpayment financing loan. These conventional loans are available in 30- and 40-year terms.
