Through Mortgage Credit Certificates, homeowners are given an income tax credit to be used toward mortgage payments on their home. The tax benefit is designed to free up some of homeowners' own funds in order to help make monthly loan payments.

Purchase Programs
Hula Mae Program
The Hula Mae Program provides eligible low- to moderate-income homebuyers with low interest-rate mortgages. These lower than market rate mortgages are funded through the sales of tax-exempt revenue bonds, and they have a maximum term of 30 years.
