Purchase Programs
Home Purchase Assistance Program
In the Home Purchase Program, interest-free and low-interest funds are loaned to homebuyers in order to assist them in meeting downpayment and closing costs. This 3-tiered program offers loan amounts based on the homebuyer's income, household size and the amount of assets that applicants must commit toward a home's purchase price.

The Employer Assisted Housing Program - EAHP
Employees within the District of Columbia Government who are also first-time homebuyers may be eligible for matched funding in the amount of $1, 500, which is to be used toward a downpayment, and a deferred loan of up to $10, 000.

Single Family Mortgage Revenue Bond Program
Tax-Exempt Bonds are used to finance 30-year, low-interest fixed-rate mortgage loans for first-time homebuyers in the Single Family Mortgage Revenue Bond Program.
