Login questions

How do I access the login page? - Go to http://www.mortgageloan.com/account/

How can I change my login email? - If you can login: Edit your contact information in the broker admin. If you cannot login: Create a new user and Contact us to remove the old user.

I have forgotten my password - Get a new one here. If you don't get the password email, remember to look for it in the spam folder.

General login problems - Remember to look for the password mail in the spam folder. Always use lower case in passwords.





Listings Questions

I want to be listed in more states - We currently do not support listings on more than one state for new brokers.

I want to be listed in more cities - We currently do not support listings in more cities than the one given automatically.

My listed cities are completly wrong. How do I change them? - If the cities are very missleading or straight up wrong, we can change them. Contact us and describe the problem.

How do I go about getting listed? - http://www.mortgageloan.com/mortgage-marketing

Where can I find my listings? - Go to Brokers & Lenders -> Your listed state -> Your listed city

How do I improve my ranking on the directory? - You can improve your ranking by posting rates on the MortgageLoan.com website.

Once registered, can I update my profile myself or do I need to get in touch with a service representative to do it for me? - You can update your profile by clicking on http://www.mortgageloan.com/account/ and signing in. Click on the Account Information tab.

I make a mistake midway through the registration process, do I need to start again or can I simply delete my previous entry? - You can update/change your information by accessing your profile. Click on http://www.mortgageloan.com/account/ and sign in. Click on the Account Information tab.

How do I get leads? - Potential customers can access your listing in the directory and contact you direct via email, telephone or your website.



















Rates Questions

How often do I have to update my rates? - At least every 7 days

My rates doesn't show, why? - You have to update your rates at least every 7 days for them to show.

I can't save my rates and keep ketting an error message. - When you save your rates we do a simple check to see if your rates are conforming with the other rate posters. First check that you have entered a correct rate (not to low, or extremly high). If you have entered a correct rate, Contact us.

How do I select different rate products? - You can update your rates by clicking on http://www.mortgageloan.com/account/ and signing in. Click on the Rates tab.

How do I improve my ranking in the rates section? - In improve your ranking in the rates section you will need to update your rates as often as possible.

What are the requirements for rate postings? - See Legal/Requirements

How do I go about posting more rates? - You can update your rates by clicking on http://www.mortgageloan.com/account/ and signing in. Click on the Rates tab.















Widget Questions

I'm having troubles adding the widget to my site - Contact your system administrator.

How do I add the widget/mortgage tool to my site? - http://www.mortgageloan.com/mortgage-tools?tool=0

The Widget tool sounds complicated, would I need to get someone to do this for me or could I try and do this? - Our widget tool is so simple anyone with limited computing experience can do this. So yes, you can do this yourself. Click here to see for a description of how to get it implemented.
