The Schwartz Group is a team of dedicated professionals with over 15 years of experience in the mortgage industry. We work mainly with realtors to assist them in providing as many services as possible so that they, in turn, will be able to assist more buyers. David Schwartz, the head Loan originator of The Schwartz Group, is the first in the state to run a lender provided Foreclosure Bus Tour to possible Home Buyers who are interested in seeing the newest and best listings in Southern Nevada. David is also the Lending Education Specialist for the Las Vegas Chapter of the Non-Profit Organizaiton, The Society for Financial Awareness. His job in this organizaiton is to go to local clubs, companies, and organizations, and eduacte them on the current lending and real estate market.
